Downloaded expansion pack but it doesnt show division ps4

If you don't have it activated, you cannot share DLC content with other users. Once you have activated it, you should be all set. If you've already done this, you should probably call Sony to figure out what's wrong.

As per this FAQ, your account should be the only one activated; is your wife's account her own, or a sub-account?
